No. As a mandate firm, our fees are paid by the developers we represent. You get full buyer-side guidance — site visits, documentation help, loan referral, and post-purchase support — at zero cost to you.

We focus on Kharghar, Nerul, Belapur, Panvel, and the Ghansoli–Airoli belt. All our projects are within this corridor, which we know extremely well. If you are looking outside these areas, we will be honest about our limitations rather than pretend to cover the whole MMR.

We don't provide loans directly, but we work closely with trusted home loan advisors and DSAs who can help you get the best rate for your profile. We'll make the introduction and help you understand your eligibility before you commit to a project.

It depends on the project. Ready-to-move-in units can be registered within 30–45 days of booking. Under-construction projects typically have possession timelines of 12–36 months. We give you a clear, honest timeline upfront — we never tell you possession is imminent when it isn't.

Yes, without exception. We do not list or recommend any project that is not registered under MahaRERA. You can verify every project on the MahaRERA portal using the RERA number listed on each project page.
