Our Story
From London to Navi Mumbai
Goldworth was founded by brothers Jasraj and Jaideep Aulakh. Jasraj studied Chemistry with Mathematics at University College London (UCL), graduating top of his class with a First Class Honours degree and recognition on the Dean's List, before completing an MSc in Computer Science with a Distinction — achieving the highest grade ranking. Jaideep studied Business and Management at the University of Kent, followed by an MSc in Strategic Project Management. These aren't incidental credentials — they are the direct foundations of how Goldworth thinks: analytically, technologically, and with the precision of trained professionals.
Their careers centred on residential property investment in London — identifying undervalued homes, managing comprehensive renovation programmes, and delivering high-quality properties to buyers. Working through multiple market cycles in one of the world's most competitive and transparent real estate environments gave them something few advisors in the Indian market can offer: a deep, first-hand understanding of what rigorous due diligence, honest pricing, and buyer-first standards actually look like in practice.
Alongside property, the Aulakh family built and scaled businesses across London in sectors ranging from food service to transport — developing the operational discipline and commercial accountability that underpins everything Goldworth does.
Completing the founding team is Chandani Sah, Co-Founder and Head of Local Operations, who brings something no international background can substitute: deep, on-the-ground roots in Navi Mumbai's residential market. Active since 2021, Chandani has worked every role inside a mandate operation — from initial lead calling and site sales through to client management and deal closure — and holds pre-existing relationships with the exact builders and broker networks Goldworth partners with today. Together, the three founders saw the same gap: buyers and investors in Navi Mumbai deserved the transparency, professionalism, and genuine advocacy that serious markets deliver as standard. Goldworth was built to close it.
