Register Your Client
Registering your client protects your commission — it's your claim, recorded in writing, before anyone else can make it. From the moment you register, your client is locked to you for 45 days: any booking they make with us in that window is your deal, no matter who they speak to in between. New to Goldworth? Registering your first client also registers you as a partner.
How It Works
Your Client, Your Commission — On the Record
01
Register your client
Two minutes, no documents needed. Agencies and independent brokers are both welcome.
02
Get written confirmation
A timestamped email records your client, the project, and your 45-day lock. That's your proof — attribution is never a verbal promise.
03
We close the deal together
Site visits, pricing, documentation — you stay your client's broker throughout.
04
Your booking, your commission
Any booking within the lock period is credited to you automatically. Your commission is released once the client's payment comes through from the builder.
Why Register?
Our Commitments to You
In writing, always
Your registration is timestamped and confirmed by email — attribution is never a verbal promise.
Your client, your deal
If your client books within the 45-day lock, the deal is attributed to you — even if they walk into the site office on their own.
No dead claims
If your client is already registered with us, we tell you immediately — you'll never work a claim that isn't yours without knowing.
Locks can be extended
Client taking their time? Talk to us before the lock expires and we're happy to extend it — good deals aren't rushed.
Commission agreed upfront
Every mandate is different, so co-broking terms are agreed per project and documented in writing before your client's first site visit.
Questions before you register? Call us at +91 93261 45994 — we're happy to talk it through first.
Before You Ask
Common Questions From Partners
If your client is genuinely still deciding, get in touch before the lock runs out and we're happy to extend it — we'd much rather keep working the deal with you than restart the clock. Be aware that once a lock lapses without an extension, the client becomes open again and another partner can register them — so if your client is still active, do talk to us in time.
You'll know straight away. If the client came to us directly or another partner registered them first, we tell you at the point of registration and in your confirmation email — we won't let you spend weeks working a claim that isn't yours. If you believe there's been a mistake, call us and we'll review it with you.
Every mandate is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all rate. Your co-broking terms are shared at the project briefing and documented in writing before your client's first site visit — you'll never discover the number after the deal. Commission is released once the client's payment comes through from the builder — we chase it on your behalf and transfer it to you promptly once it's received.
Independent brokers are welcome — just tick the box and register under your own name. A RERA number is optional, but providing one speeds up your approval as a partner.
